It delivers targeted, modular assistance for specific tasks while allowing you to retain full control over your decisions and timeline.

How Much Are Your Services?

Pricing depends on your specific practice area and the task you need completed. Once you submit your intake, we will email you a clear, fixed quote. You are under zero obligation until you review, sign the agreement, and make your payment.

Please note: Out-of-pocket expenses (such as court filing fees, process servers, or investigation costs) are separate third-party expenses and are not included in standard legal service quotes.

I have an urgent deadline to act? Can I still use your services?

Generally, no. Standby legal assistance works best when you have adequate time to review draft documents and manage your court filings. Because you maintain full pro se management of your case file and docket deadlines, high-urgency matters are usually better served by traditional, full-service representation.

What Information do you need for the initial intake?

To give you an accurate quote, we ask for your contact details, the names of other parties involved, a brief description of your issue, the specific task you need, and any documents you'd like reviewed. Once we confirm we can help, we’ll send your fixed quote and agreement. Rest assured—all information submitted is kept strictly private and confidential.

Do you do criminal matters?

No, we specialize exclusively in civil legal matters—disputes, contracts, and proceedings between private individuals or businesses. If you are facing criminal charges or criminal-related issues, those are best addressed by an attorney specializing in Arizona criminal defense.

I have an issue in a different state than Arizona, can you still help me?

No. We handle only civil matters governed by Arizona law or in Arizona courts. If your dispute or court case is in another state, you will need assistance from an attorney licensed in that jurisdiction. Submit a quick intake if you're unsure whether Arizona law applies to your matter.

Yes. To keep our flat fees low and predictable, standard tasks (excluding full packages like Bankruptcy or Estate Planning) include up to 10 pages of custom drafting or 12 pages of document review. If your matter requires additional pages, affordable per-page add-ons are available. Your exact, fixed total will be clearly outlined in your agreement after you submit your intake—no surprises.

Are there page limits on document review or drafting?
